Review

Spectacularly boring. Anatomy never was very interesting. Peculiarly some contemporary art had been scattered amongst this hodgepodge of titillating cut up women, men and babies, old and boring paintings of lecture theatres, and anatomical drawings. It all ends with phsyiognomic eugenics and women worrying about their body shapes. The corpses were fake unfortunately, the pubic hair made of wool, the skin wax, and the blood old jam. We are all necrophiliacs now, we aren't, but it will probably be the next big thing after paedophilia. Maybe it was in fashion and I missed it. When you cut us open we look like bloody meat. People once thought you could tell mad people from what they looked like.Contemporary artists sometimes illustrate their crummy ideas about mortality using bits of bodies. Sometimes artists paint mad or dead people. I found this show depressing. Seeing many rooms of people awestruck by their mortality and phyicality. Surely they know these things by now, does every new person have to be thrown into a reverie by these cliches? It is boring already. We will die, our flesh is weak, and our existence precarious. Now move on egotists. There is something new on tv.
