Still recovering from too much heavy stuff, so this under a hundred Viener Schnitzler was just the tasty snack for me. Eyes Wide Shut, you read this, imagining how easily it is to ruin the novel mystery by making an all too literal film. Makes you nostalgic for fur coats, duelling scars, and to be Jewish before anti-semitism became such a big deal. Dreaming is the good bit of life, you live in the moment, without utility, because you must forget most.
