Review

Martian Amis: You read Lolita sprawling limply in your chair, ravished, overcome, nodding scandalized assent. Lolita:"I undressed her. Her breath was bittersweet. Her brown rose tasted of blood." The films are ugly and obvious and timid: Kubrick one of the most overrated "auteurs", Lyne a nebbish.

With the pedophilic mob baying, now is the time for reading.
