Heavily French-themed and actually French food bar near Clapham Common Tube. sma seats, bar seats, and benches by a large treste table. Breakfast is excellent with runny eggs, herby Toulouse sausages and fantastically thick salty bacon. Coffee is not bad but too hot, although genuine bitter french roast. Deserts are disappointing, nothing special, not so French. Go here for breakfast, stay and read the papers and drink a pastis. The waiting staff will treat you in a haughty way of which you will secretly approve.
