Worldwidereview doesn't have a niche. Now the style has calmed down it is more readable and there is a lot to read, but nobody would come to it as a first resort. If it was at least marketed as something more specific and limited, a lot more people would be receptive to it; there's no target market. The categories aren't updated enough but there are just too many categories. It should be slimmed down to just a front page, made more interactive, and focus just on one thing - like art or something.
