It always tastes the same from the chilled cabinet or deep freeze: dumbly spicy textured wrong. It doesnt even equal the restaurant variety which is nothing like the real thing. The chilled has a verisimilitude vis a vis the restaurant saucy look. We must travel to India to unravel these layers of lies and mysteries
