How refreshing these fake wood pictures and boxes are, surprising to see art swagger anymore. Really a show you can look at much. With greater exposure he might well become a careful maker of dull objective games, but for now he teases and pleases, wondering how trompel'oiel could ever bore. a car with it's headlights on in a scruffy wood is the best painting. Things do not all coordiante absolutely which is too good for looking.
In a corner of my room is an ugly table pretending to have a wooden top, it is waiting for you Artscwager in your three piece suit, and it is more beautiful because of what you see in it.
