Go to Wilmslow Road (a continuation of Oxford Road) in Rusholme, where there the best part of a hundred curry houses in a half mil stretch. On no account be swayed by offers of free poppadoms and 10% discounts off the bill - the best establishments tempt customers with great food rather than discounts. Choose the curry house with the highest proportion of Asian-looking people to whites. Voila!
