A Fantasy. Now computers can make beautiful vistas which are complex and real. We sit dumb in our seats looking at one long march from right to left and back again sometimes falling, or flying forwards to towards the audience, dodging the baddies and seeing the sights on the way, we will sit there for nine hours and three years gazing as it scrolls by. Not a film with a good story but a satisfying journey, as if watching the most extraordinary computer game, our emotions are frustration, awe, and wonder, but we are not involved.
In a dream we sweat and see our lives jumbled up, though painting we experience beauty made physical, now with digital we have a new kind of walk to go on.
