There seems to be a lot of art shown at CAC whose genesis is linguistic. Shrigley's whimsy and Huebler's dry projects end up as photos hung in spacious galleries. These spaces are designed to show pretty objects not dread documentation of word art. A book is the best place to read, big light rooms should hold things that give us greater delight.
