The best bits in this film are Robert Redford's corn suit and Dustin Hoffman's bouffant. Mr.Redford juxtaposed the suit with fine blue-toned shirts and brought the ensemble together with brown loafers. Mel Gibson went for a similar look in The Year Of Living Dangerously. His office wear was corn trousers with a blue Oxford shirt lovingly tucked in with a brown leather satchel strap. His shoes were laceless, an allowance made for the Indonesian climate. And rose quite high. This a sturdier feel. For his assignments he sported a light khaki combat jacket and similar pants. I never got to see his socks.
