Review

Today we're going through the analysis document for the new electronic filing system to be used across the unit... A typical project is headed by a job manager or 'Project Officer'... mumble... be able to access the most up-to date copies of the file... mumble, mumble.. [only 1 cheese and tomato sandwich left] then you can raise the cost-estimate for different jobs... mumble, blah, blah... how do we check on the financials if... blah, mumble, mumble... [someone gets up to get tea] at the moment its in a shared folder but it would make more sense to... mumble, mumble... Job Manager returns it to CFS Administration for despatch... [giggling at the back] blah, blah... it just seems like we're replicating everything... blah mumble, mumble... you'll then have to scan the client feedback survey form... [too hot - someone opens a window] mumble, blah, mumble... invoices received from supplier by the Job Manager... mumble mumble... [drilling outside, someone closes window] raise a cross divisional charging form on another unit... mumble, mumble... stage 6 concerns external suppliers... mumble [eyes closing, eat some biscuits for energy]... commissioning letter drawn which optionally includes... mumble, blah, mumble... Billing schedule signed by... mumble, mumble... expense forms... mumble, blah, blah, mumble... current status... mumble, mumble, drivel.. reviewed internally, mumble, mumble, mumble, mumble... mumble.
