A choice break from the daily grind: this troupe from Belgium injected a great deal of energy and vitality into the island these last few days from the unlikey base of the main town square. It started off with a barber's shop scene from New York before the performers broke into relentless dance. There were three men and two women playing and exchanging roles. We were gradually drawn into their own world of routine and ritual, or was it all a mockery? Why don't they teach dance at school? I'm sure there'd be a lot less heart-ache.
