Review

The pavilion this 92 year old man has projected for the london summer is light and a statement. The say curves, and he is curves, and here, hammock curves. LOOK AT THE VIDEO, you will certainly stay to watch it, it is a wonderful piece full of ideas and history of LATINAMERICAN MODERNITY, which, comrades, IS NOT THE SAME AS THE EUROPEAN ONE. THERE IT IS INTERNATIONALIST, and in Latinamerica should still be a valid possibility, when here instead everyone is tired in Starbucks. LOOK AT THIS MAN talking of women and freedom, real freedom, criticising succesive governments for not been up to his dreams, for being sellable. I DON'T TALK ABOUT THE OPENING, because of course he was not there, he wouldn't have liked it but I must say the women on hats looked (finally) totally out of place, and it was not because of the brazilian population coming, -actually most hatted women were brazilians-. "I am an animal, like anyone else, I can only think of that, women" They built brasilia in 4 years. You see images. "All the poor people who came to build it went back as poor as they came" CONCRETE can somebody tell me which historcal episode made the MORTGAGE HOUSES in this country NOT GIVE MORTGAGES to CONCRETE BUILDINGS???? Thus denying part of the history of modernist architecture, quite well provided of examples in London...?
