Review

I overcame my natural reluctance to add any more appliances to my overcrowded kitchen, and plugged one of these bread producing machines into the socket behind the microwave. A presto! Flour, salt, yeast, water. Turn it on. 2 hours later you have some fresh bread. The loaf is a bit odd looking, dumpy with crispy bits of flash coming off it, but it tastes fresh and the crust is ok. The insides of my first attempts were holey (sandwiches like bagels), but there may be a way of fixing that using one of the other computer programs and a different recipe. The machine is bulky but cleans very easily, and you can produce fresh bread for the same price as the supermarket rubbish. All in all, flour and yeast, a success.
