So there were heads of Bacon divided up into eight and each part painted blind (without seeing the whole) by a different artist. It looked ok. Probably good if seen without the crowds. These groups shows are good when they have a strong concept like this one holding together the disparate (desperate?) artists. Collaboration is not the enemy of creativity. Also interesting was that some parts were obviously much better than others. Quality rears its ugly head: good is there and so is bad. Don;t forget it. I always hated Bacon and not because I am kosher.
