My mum says she saw a tv show which said they exchanged him at night for a double whilst D. Blaine went for a big mac. No one else I know saw it or advances the same thesis. His words on exiting the box were a trifle banal, about humanity and sense of humour, one would have hoped after 44 days he could have said something interesting. The tv film , made by Harmony Korine the avant-garde fim director was an amusing contrast to the tackiness of sky one, home of programs like sex fantasies uncovered etc. The adoring crowds (thickos) exit unenlightened. D.Blaine (illusionist)exits 4 stone lighter.
