Didn't make the egg-mayo myself. Bought it pre-packaged from a Tesco Metro (which seems to be a hell of a lot more expensive than the normal Tesco, oddly. No value stuff or anything!). Too lazy to make it from scratch myself. Anyway, I lined the sandwich with some flora and THEN put the egg-mayo in. T'was a tasy treat. Now the dilemma remains of what to fill tomorrow's sandwich with...?? Hmmm.....
