Review

Having been falsely accused by an American tourist of doing something untoward in the vicinity of a cash machine, I was relieved to sit down in this tiny place to have some chicken curry and rice for £2.99, which is cheaper than a Mcdonalds menu meal. The other diner was a large bearded hobo, who my friend rather unkindly said smelled of piss. I noted no odour besides the pleasant curryish scent. These little curry joints, this one served tandoori chicken, sag alloo, and a few other delicacies, are the best places to eat in London. The curry is ok, reasonably home made, and they just whack it in the microwave, and hey presto, you have a plate of fuel to sustain you on the bad tempered street of this city of swirling mists and borken dreams.
