My leg woke me in the early morning. It was painful. Previously, it had posed no problems. But Tuesday night, while warming down after the gym, I slipped into cod capoeira mode when doing my warm-down exercises and stretched a muscle. There was no maestro to guide me. Today I am going to play squash all the same. I'll be sporting a green polo and pink bandana. Going for precision shots so that I don't move too much. Yous houldn't mix squash and tennis. What would Jimmy Connors say?
