Take the vaguest, dullest most hungover sunday you've ever had; multiply it by a thousand and you're still nowhere near.
New Year's day must be about the oddest day of the year. Your best bet is to be nowhere near home. Last year I filled my lungs with fresh sea air and walked my booze off on a desolate but beautiful beach. This year I am at home, it is dull, the TV is churning out shite and someone is tediously making breakfast, I think it might be sausages, so perhaps not to bad after all...
