Perhaps this country has no experience in building good p.b.flats. or they forgot the good experience of last century's public housing projects. Since the economy is fucked and the cities are growing we should start forgetting of the old house and garden dream, start looking at the disasters they do nowadays badly subdividing old victonrian houses, and start getting used to living in proper flats, but also being more demanding eith the way they are build, the thickness of the walls, etc.. and get the banks more used to lending money on high rise or concrete buildings, and start finally becoming like the rest of the world in these matters. Purpose built flats can be good!
