further to my first review< i have to say that it is getting better in its hammy disgusting way.. the combination of very very soft core sex, graphic fatty bloody operations, family strife ( divorce and a question of teenage circumcision), and the good/bad plastic surgeon guy, is winning.
First impressions are wrong. Believe only hype.
