Bird Flu cannot be taken seriously after SARs cried wolf. We can only take one epidemic seriously per year.
Judges, of the high sort who pronounce mass,as in WMD, mahs, are appointed by politicians. Therefore they will usually dance to the tune of the piper payer. Another example of this, was the last American presidential election..
