I tend to look at the people's smiles, or non smiles, reflecting the amount of light and the amount of difference coming in their lifes- therefore I am glad to have snow, it has been quite luminous -don't call that sunny- and people saw the potential or past fun that this event had in their lives and were more willing to smile to strangers. light is the matter, not the cold, not the coutry's infrastructure, light is the matter.
