Review

It comes in a jar of creamy sour cream. And its texture is sui generis, unlike like oysters, mangoes, and raw ribeye steak. They are good with brown buttered bread and pickles hailing from the frozen east with their sour salty flavour. After you have consumed your fish bits you will not need to eat them again for another few months. The kind in sour cream are much better than the rollmops in brine.
