She came from Hackney and was early for once.. an oldish woman with beaded hair and a faded blue tattoo on her hand.the previous putative house sale fell through due to Jason's lack of mortage ability, and I fear he may never climb the ladder from Joburg to Mayfair. Anyway, cant worry about those left behind, the weak shall inherit no properties.
The new prospective buyer is looking for a place for her Nigerian uncle and his five (I think I remember this correctly but perhaps my racist brain is playing tricks) children, she felt the kitchen could do with renovation but that a two bedroom house would suit them fine. She's got cash as well and will put some nice paint on the ceilings, wants to know who could put the new cupboards in.
She is direct and open, which is almost unprecedented in this game.. I agree that the price could decrease but not to the level of those in the less salubrious Forest Gate, which is the sticking point as she has made an offer in on one 15 grand less. We'll see. I saw her to the gate and waved her off in the sunshine.
