The score on the search facility is based on its relevance to the search term, I think.
Google ranks some wwr reviews highly because there are not many reviews out there of, for example, bread machines, or of a particular artist. We are often one of the only web resources with those words in the title of the page.
We are getting more reviews since our google no1, but the hits have remained pretty constant.
