First the video shop. There's nothing I want to see, it's like being in pain. I feel tired and helpless and hopeless. I don't want to watch anything new, only films I've seen and know I will enjoy, don't trust the others. Can't stand art, hate crap, no to violence, thriller, or comedy. Choose three, two I've seen, one which is seminal.
Watching them. Godard is cute but cook so I don;t have to see it again, so twee, it gets turned off anyway. The torture begins, trying to stay awake on the sofa for Woody, can't do it, can't concentrate.. Must look at the tv. Don't want to, wanna sleep. Try to like the film, don't, its boring and the plot is obvious. The Chris marker, sound is indistinct, think it must be good, different, says something, dont care what it says, over and over again, sleep. wake up it it will all be over. This video torture.
