dear dr phil i am a 52 year old woman who feels that i am going nowhere in my life i am a divorced woman of 20 years and raised my four daughters by myself i have very low self esteem i consider myself to be fat and ugly. when my daughters were grown i went back to school and got a nursing degree and i now work in a hospital which i truly love i have no self confidence in my capabilites and i think i am stupid i have been with the my significant other for 13 years he has had a couple of strokes so between my work and looking after him i have no life i have debts up my ying yang and cant see no way out i have tried to get second job but just cant seem to balance it. i have tried everything i can think of that dosent cost money to help myself out the mess that im however i dont see any light at the end of the tunnel sometimes i think that the only way out is if im dead then i think of how much this would hurt my girls who mean the world to me dr phil can you please write to me and possibly give me some advise as to how to change my life for the better i know its not too late for me i watch your show everyday and say i wish i knew how to do the things that dr phil tells other people to do dr phil could you please help me turn m,y life around my name is irene ogden my address is 435 kerr street apt605, oakville, ontario, canada L6K3C2 phone number 905-815-9032 dr phil i know this may sound foolish to you because you are a very important person so why would you waste your time on a nobody like me especially some one who lives in canada anywaydr phil i will continue to watch your show yous truly irene ogden
