THE BEST SHOW. EVER. I had seen PJ Harvey at the Eden Project last year, where her famous reclusiveness was quite evident. This time around, she was strutting and performing to an inch of her life. Her sit down version of "Down by the Water" was punctuated by a giggle as her keyboardist messed up 1 of the 3 notes he had to play over and over again. There were 1 or 2 songs where she had double drummers doing synchronised fill. very very cool.
I'm not so in love with her new album, but I am confident that her low grumbling singing on "uh huh her" will grow on me. definitely see her in september when she starts her uk tour.
