Review

A bunch of stuff chosen by artists to make them look clever. Even art and language's crtique fits that category, if they're so great and critical why don't they do some good art rather than writing texts from GCSE philosophy.

The worst thing about the show is the font of the title, and the huge statements by the artists on the walls. They are nearly all in the crap talk of contemporary art bullshit and art school rationale. It's all about dialogue you see. Puke. No artist has the bravery to either choose something really fanatastic, or to not take themself anything buy seriously. By the by, the Ed Ruscha and Andy Warhol paintings are worth a look.

Why is the ICA such a terrible place? Why does it always show shit art?
