the portraits of celebrities look like those done by people in Trafalgar Square for a tenner. They seem to all have similar mouthes. Good portraits can be seen in the National Gallery as opposed to the National Portrait Gallery in London. Good portaits often involve looking at the real way heads and faces look, not just copying the way photos look.
