Review

http://www.serpentinegallery.org/ It ended yesterday so now you won't have to go and see it. Trust me, instead. It's the usual load of ecelctic crap by feted international startist. A dull drawing, a tedious dead geometric painting, a skull covered in pencil, some other crap I forgot a few hours after I saw it. Oh I am sure it's all profoundly provocative interesting stuff about systems and structures etc. Here's the usual, contradiction in terms, quote from the PR, "He approaches art-making with an openness that allows meticulous analysis as much as spontaneity to infuse the work." Puke, fuck, makes you sick this endless silly lying nonsense. Meticulous analysis! of what. Why should we get excited by this phoney nothingness?

Simply, it's bad because it's boring, and not even ugly. You have to be a conformist cretin to pretend you like it. OK.
