There's been a massive boom in the number of people using a bicycle to get around London in the last year. And the councils and the people that make the streets are starting to make it safer for cyclists. Check out the London Cycling Campaign website, it's really good. (http://www.lcc.org.uk/index.asp) And they advertise jobs on there, I think Roly would be really happy working as a cycling campaigner, and bloody good at it too. Despite the pollution and the car driving scum, Roly has become really happy and healthy and fit since he got his bicycle and he hasn't even got gears. I use the bus, and Roly beats me every time (because of all the cars blocking up the bus lane, complaining about the C-charge). I hate cars and I hate seeing people get run over. Unless you really really need to use a car, get a bike, and you can be as speedy and cheerful as Roly.
