ok, i have nothing against outsourcing, seems the way of things and ventually economically advantageous for all, and I am not a big racist. But three mobile's customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my whole fucking life spent on the telephone. By the end of being told nothing could be done, their supervisor would tell me the same, there was no other phone number i could phone, then being put on hold for periods of 20 min at a time, I hade been reduced to quivering ball of hatred for an anonymousish polite person on the end of a phone-line in India. The idea that they are so far away, and are just telling you answers, unvarying and unyielding, like robots, seems to destroy the normal relationship of respect and humanity one might have for another working a shit job. Conversely, the distance of the call centre operatives, their training which makes them so resolute in their inabilitiy to help, makes you feel that they lack any understanding or care for your feelings. Not to mention three's policys are crap, the computerised menu system which you go through to start is infuriating, and the whole thing adds up to a bulging veined aneurism .
