this one was a draw, after Kerry's hammering of Bush, was a bit flat. Edwards and Cheney didn't generate much excitement, just looked like two politicians arguing in chairs. Cheney, grumpy, competent, grandpa, malevolent, heavy basher of Kerry flip-floppery. Edwards, boyish, southern, sentimental, sincere, false, not altogether substantial, but at least hopeful.
They went on a bit. scoring points, not answering questions, rambling, rubbishing. Big contrast to Kerry's outstanding debating and seriousness and intelligence.
