Could not agree more. An utter shambles of a company. Over the last year, I have been disconnected twice (due to non payment..because they lost their direct debit paperwork - TWICE!), had no 3g service for 11 months, 4 different phone and zero service level. If you have any kind of problem...their standard answer is to wipe the SIM card with a clean cloth. While I find it harsh to blame the polite yet clueless staff in the call centre, there is no doubt that this is a company being run by morons. All this at a price - I pay £60 a month. Remember - no 3g, and I could never connect to the network or stay on line long enough to make up my minutes.

Stay away from this company, I was enticed by their tariffs, but I have nothing good to say about their nework or their so called customer service.
