Nice big spaces filled in the main by paintings. Not that inspiring for some reason, perhaps because new paintings often seem to be just empty styles and postures and not to include the joy and love the painter probably feels for something.

The Neal Rock melty wall thing at least had some humour and looked different. The broken glass with a Henry vacuum cleaner, and a tape recording playing hoover noise was also relatively amusing. Pearl Hisung's painting was more eyecatching than most. Barnaby Hosking's sculpture and video had a crowd of admirers and was unusual or uncanny. There was a video about Palestians and some screens with some computer game clouds on them.

If only we could fill all these galleries with beauty.
