Dear Dr. Phil, I watch your show as often as I can. I have been impressed with the weight loss challenge. I need help with my daughters. They are twins girls and 22yrs. of age and they each weigh over 350pds. Could you please help me with them to get them motivated to exercise and lose some weigh?
