Entertaining and watchthoughable. But actually over violent and stupid. Two cops, rookie and veteran, white and black, badass ghetto, corrruption, every cliche in the book is trotted out. Tired by the idea that pleasure can be gained through watching others simulated pain/fury/poverty/rage. Unpleasant.
