After a monumental megabus journey, which had no semblance of air conditioning, natural or otherwise, arrived at Victoria. Was intent on getting my spanking new review card laminated, but to no avail. It emerged that card-laminating is a rare art, only practised in the Strand or Charing Cross branches of Ryman's. Other printing shops' prime locations do not even muster one branch that does the card-laminating business. How do all the other reviewers cope?
