Review

Bologna is a pleasant town somewhere in Italy, I guess,.. or in Spain.perhaps.It does not metter anyway.The food is great there. Especially good restaurantis Diana, quite famous place raccomended in michelin guide as well.. it si quite difficult just decide and get there as the reservation is necessary. Even than when phoning to mr boss, You should pretend to come in five persons(as minimum). I was lucky to spend two evenings there, and see that spectacle when mr.Chef was performing his art with carriage with bolito misto or carni arrosto. Primi are all great, maybe the best tagliolini al tartuffo, tortellini in brodo-typical bolgnese, and papardelli--large pasta with lemon creme. antipasti should not be forgotten- mortadella cuted on cubes and generous pieces of parmiggiano reggiano. also pate of vitello´s liver was great. Secondi-vitello tonnato, and all carne arrosto is special. (taken twice, always specialy unforgottenly tastes) Cakes are awfull. instead grappa was nice.
