But not only that, his coach made trainers at home throughout the film, using a waffle iron to mould the treads. Throughout the film, Pre kept asking him for one with 'a one-piece toe'. When his coach eventually made one, he used it to found Nike. It was not exactly a well made film, but it was great the way it showed these historical strands intertwined.
