focus, listen to the question... don't panic if you're losing, and don't panic if you're winning. just concentrate on the words of each question.
revise by asking your friends about something they know about... read quiz books and read factual books to gain deep knowledge. keep a book to write down facts.
enjoy the moment of being there, it's good in itself.. remind yourself it's only a fucking quiz show.
