We met up for a pratise session; the A team and the B team. We didn't know what we each of us looked like, but we spotted each other in the bar; everyone else was outside in the sun. Three out of eight were sporting beards. All had an item of denim. All nervous to varying degrees: people talked themslves down, and the organiser bigged us up. Photos were taken in natural light, with a disposable. I've always wondered if you were are a great photoperson, could you still take a really good pic with a crummy machine? It might show up your phoniness, of course. We did OK on the practise questions, but were slow on the uptake. This show is as much about quickness as knowledge. Talked strategy, we'll meet twice before audition with Paxo box. Reading a book by him so I might get to know him better. But how much do people show their selves through what they write? Left for cricket pratcise an hour late. A lot more bowlers, and didn't bat, but fielded much and admired nature.
