Review

the day draws closer and hysteria increases in the country. well not exactly. the conservatives carry on with their attacks on Bush as a liar. My mistake, blair, imagine if kerry had adopted the same tactics, he would have been pilloried as unpresidential and unamerican. The tories are setting the news agenda which must be worrying for Labour. The polls are holding up for them, despite concerns about Labour turnout. the libdems are hampered by their ginger, short, scottish leader. tories by their old, bald, jewish one. and labour have a youngish, medium well haired, public school boy to make everyone feel comfortable that their masters haven't changed. Spread-betters give Labour an eighty seat majority, and logically that should be the minimum, but horses can fall at the final ad hominem fence, and britain can wake up to the nighmare of Michael Howard in charge of our asylum centre.
