Review

Has anyone notice the creeping spread of the seekh kebab through the suburbs of London. And also the distinctly fonted chain of emporia that sells them called kebabshish?

They are great. That's what describes this fast food panacea accurately. The new hamburger would be another title.

Why?

Easy to eat, come wrapped in a cylindrical fashion, unlike donor or shishs which need a fork in England, because the salad overpiles the meat. Sheekhs can be eaten walking along, only danger bits of paper used to wrap the roll can be ingested.

they Microwave well. Lets be realistic, its quicker and more likely they'll be zapped. Once grilled, they can be left like a pile of felled logs ready for consumption.

Bread. No bun, stale pitta or other problems. The nans or rotis are usually prepared on the premises and go well with the lamb baton.

Salad and sauce. Salad rolls up wells. Sauces include chili, mayonnaise, and mint. Have them all.

Meat. No fears of bse burgers. Seems to always be highly flavoured and unfatty ungristly.

Viva this uberkebab.
