Imagine the setting of a Wong Kar Wai film. Make it a bit more specific and remember the little airplane toy in his film 'Chungking Express'. You are in a intimate, artistic and cozy little place lost somewhere in the centre of Athens. It's raining outside (yes, Athens is turning into a tropical place where it actually rains in the summer time!)and you're walking in some pebbled athenian streets.. You ought to end up in POP, for the atmospeare and sounds are always pop and happy, for the drinks and coctails are abundant and always professionaly served, for the people (including the 'management' team)are impressively unpretentious. You can listen to all sort of things from indie pop/rock, to long forgotten film themes, 80s new wave and songs from the 60s-70s era, all these masterly mixed and played (Nikos, one of the owners will definitely make your evening while he's DJing). By leaving POP you'll be surely singing 'Those were the days'..
