RESTORATION BBC 2
RESTORATION programme started two years ago with Griff Rhys Jones helping preserve out nations heritage. The winners received money so they could basically restore the building to their former glory.
The winners of the first programme were Manchester Victorian Baths gaining 3.5 million to start work on the decaying baths. Two years on and there is still no progress, covered by red tape. The city council is rethinking their plans and maybe turning the baths into luxury flats. What a waste of tax payers money, I can’t see this programme being on for a third season.
The 2004 winners were pretty boring I can’t be bothered even writing about that.
Griff get back to comedy where you belong and that goes for Ben Elton too! On second thoughts don’t.
